​The Circuit

Mallala

The oldest track in SA still operating. 61kms from Adelaide and a well-loved favourite of thousands. A challenging circuit with 8 corners, including 2 hairpins laid out on the site of an old military airfield. Flat with good spectator viewing, most cars will make 160 kph on the back straight and a few will reach 200+. Considered by many to be the hardest braking circuit in the country, three hard stops in 2.6 kms and very little brake cooling time. Easy to remember. Hard to get right.
